1. General Return Guidelines

  • Eligibility Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded)

3. Return Process

  • Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return.

5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
